Certifying your product(s) for ZDHC MRSL v2.0 Conformance (Level 1) with Scivera is simple:

    1. Provide product chemical information to Scivera according to ZDHC MRSL Bill of Substance confidential disclosure requirements
    2. Screen your chemicals and products of interest against the ZDHC MRSL and over 400 other lists of interest with a qualifying SciveraLENS subscription
    3. Scivera’s team of Board-Certified Toxicologists will conduct a thorough review of your formulation
    4. When your formulation meets all requirements, Scivera will issue a Certificate of ZDHC MRSL Conformance for each product certified and present this information so you can market your products on the ZDHC Gateway and Scivera’s certificates registry.

How to Submit your Products for Certification

Whether you choose our non-subscription services or take advantage of a SciveraLENS subscription, your first step will be to gather the required information for confidential full formulation disclosure. For ZDHC MRSL Conformance assessment and certification, we required the following information:

    • Basic information about each (i.e., product name, etc.)
    • Confidential Full Formulation Disclosure (including sub-supplier formulations) (by chemical and concentration)
      • All intentionally added chemicals at any concentration
      • Any impurities (e.g., residuals, byproducts, etc) present in final formulation at 100 ppm (0.01%) or greater
      • Any chemicals present as impurities at any concentration and also listed on the ZDHC MRSL
    • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for each product or products
    • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for any sub-supplier mixtures or chemicals in your product or products
    • Signed Disclosure and Declaration of Accuracy Form

If you need to gather ingredient information from sub-suppliers, you can leverage Scivera’s powerful software platform, SciveraLENS, to gather this information while still maintaining confidential ingredient information. We work with companies to put in place any required non-disclosure agreements needed.
