Activating your Account and Setting your Password

When your SciveraLENS subscription is set up, you’ll receive two emails from our team (make sure to check your SPAM, junk, or promotions tabs if you can’t find them):

  • a confirmation email about the set up of your subscription
  • an invitation email to confirm and activate your new SciveraLENS account

In this second email marked Action Needed, find the link that says “Confirm my account” and click it. The link will bring you to your SciveraLENS account setup page.

You’ll need to set a secure password (there are some rules about password security – we want to keep your information safe!) and select your timezone (so we know when we can communicate with you). When you’re ready, click “Take me to my new SciveraLENS account.” This will bring you to our Web Services Agreement. If you have already agreed to our Master Services Agreement and Terms & Conditions, this option may be turned off for you. Upon acceptance, you will land on the SciveraLENS Overview page, which serves as a landing page or welcome page of sorts when you log in to the application.

Once you have completed these steps, you have activated your SciveraLENS account and are ready to get started!

Make sure to keep your password secure and remember your login is for your individual use – do not share your user account or password with anyone (if you need an additional user account set up, let us know). You’ll use your username or email address and this password each time you log in to SciveraLENS. If you forget your password, don’t worry! We’ve included a convenient “Forgot Password?” link on our login page that will allow you to reset your password.

You can log in anytime by visiting the Enhesa website and selecting “Client log-in” at the top of the homepage or visiting the SciveraLENS login page.

Managing your Account

At the top of your SciveraLENS account, look for a circular icon with your initials. This is your account profile where you can check your access and manage account details.

To manage your SciveraLENS account information and subscription, click this circle where you’ll see a menu that includes options for you to

  • Edit Profile
  • Change Password
  • Subscription
  • Logout

Edit Profile:

Within the Profile section, you can manage your username, your first name, last name, time zone, and language. Because your SciveraLENS account is directly linked to the email address you used when you signed up for your SciveraLENS account, you won’t be able to edit your email address. Note – if your email address changes for some reason or if you need to transfer your subscription to another user, please let us know, and we can help update your account as needed. We do recommend checking and updating this section when you first log in so we have correct contact information for you. Please make sure to check that your name and organization are accurate as these are used when we create certificates, reports, and periodic emails regarding updates to the tool.

Change Password:

For security purposes, you will be prompted to update your password periodically. If you would like to update your password proactively, make sure you have your current password. You will be prompted to enter your old password and enter your new password twice before saving.

As you set your password, there are certain criteria to keep in mind for optimum security:

  • Passwords must be 10 characters length at least.
  • Passwords must contain at least one numeric character.
  • Passwords must contain at least one capital and one lower case character.
  • Passwords must contain at least one of the following special characters: / ! @ # ( ) ? = $ % & + – *

Make sure you keep your password secure and remember your login is for your individual use. Do not share your user account or password with anyone. You’ll use your username or email address and this password each time you log in to SciveraLENS. If you forget your password, don’t worry! We’ve included a convenient “Forgot Password?” link on our login page that will allow you to reset your password.

Subscription:

Here, you can view your subscription details (which plan you’ve purchased) and your renewal date. You will also be able to see how many unique chemicals or CAS RNs are included with your account/subscription and the number of unique CAS RNs or chemicals you have used toward that total. If you’re close to your limit and need more CAS RNs, let your Engagement Manager know and they can help upgrade your subscription.

SciveraLENS Plans

We offer several subscription plans based on your needs:

  • Assess
  • Connect
  • Innovate
  • Respond
  • Certify

SciveraLENS requires annual renewal of your subscription, in order to maintain your subscription and your data. When we get close to your expiration date, we will reach out to make sure that your billing information is still accurate. Please make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions and other agreements (like our Web Services Agreement) for specific renewal terms.

If you’re using SciveraLENS for Certifications or green chemistry initiatives like EIM or Screened Chemistry, additional fees may apply. Please see our “Additional Assessments and Programs in SciveraLENS” and “Screened Chemistry Certification Using SciveraLENS” chapters within the User Guide for more information.

Contact us if you have any questions about our product offerings or subscription levels.

SciveraLENS Web Services Agreement

For some of our account types, when you first confirm your SciveraLENS account, you may be asked to review and accept the SciveraLENS Web Services Agreement. This is a standard web services agreement that outlines the terms for using our software and includes our non-disclosure and confidentiality clauses. In addition, the Web Services Agreement outlines the terms of use for SciveraLENS. Make sure to take a look at this as there are some helpful reminders about how you can utilize the data from SciveraLENS, who can access the information, etc. For a copy of the agreement, please click here. If there are any updates to the agreement, we’ll make sure to let you know.

How your Information is Protected

We know that your chemicals, formulations, mixtures, and products contain proprietary information and it’s important to keep this information confidential. When you enter your chemical ingredient information into SciveraLENS, you can be sure that we will not share your data unless we have express permission from you to do so. There are ways that you can share your information directly in SciveraLENS. Please make sure to read through our User Guide article on this process.

One of our goals with SciveraLENS is to help companies select safer chemicals and also serve as a trusted third party to communicate chemical formulations and assessments between brands and suppliers, simplifying the process for all parties. We provide secure ways to transfer this chemical information between supply chain participants with or without redaction through SciveraLENS. Please click here to view a copy of our privacy policy.
