We are looking for a driven and empathetic Inside Sales Manager to develop, drive, and grow an Inside Sales process. In addition, the Inside Sales Manager will identify prospects, initiate outreach with potential customers, and support the sales process to expand Scivera’s customer base.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Inside Sales process for Scivera.
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently meet and exceed quota. 
  • Research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. 
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing team to execute sales in identified key markets. 
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media and lead initial outreach to prospective customers.  
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer. 
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. 
  • Become an expert on SciveraLENS products and value propositions. 
  • Identify how SciveraLENS can help a business grow and successfully position the SciveraLENS value proposition. 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, client success, and product teams to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years of previous sales and/or sales management experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. 
  • Dedication to excellence and high performance with a drive to achieve personal and professional goals, take setbacks in stride, recover quickly, and continue to seek new ways to improve your performance. 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to help prospects and customers achieve their goals using SciveraLENS. 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills. 
  • Interest in sustainable chemistry.
  • Familiarity with and experience using a CRM (Salesforce is preferred).

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Establish positioning, help identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in marketing  or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous and proven experience in Marketing, especially with developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation and blogging software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
  • Bonus skills: WordPress, HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
